i'm 21~! |
Hoho, I can't believe I'm now 21 years of age!
Strictly speaking, I only turned 21 around 3 hours ago, because I'm a noon baby. But anyway, I woke up this morning realizing that I survived a chaotic party last night to be officially 21. There's not much difference really, being 20 and 21, but its still a good feeling knowing that I can now vote in the next elections. I have very little photos with me right now, and strangely, they are all rather, erm, badly taken, so I'll wait for the nicer photos to come to me before I post any up here.
I would like to thank all my wonderful friends who came down last night to attend that rather chaotic, messy and boring party of mine. And all the wonderful well-wishes and presents. This person is quite touched. And to all my other friends who couldn't make it but still sent me well wishes and stuff, thank you so much as well! I hope to meet you all soon yah!
I am currently enjoying the new surround sound provided by my new set of Creative speakers. Now that I don't have to listen to earphones 24/7 while using the computer, I'm sure that my hearing will improve!
I'll sign off now because I want to enjoy the remainder of my birthday slacking away!
Update @ 2355: Argh, just came back from HCCO's biennial concert and I am super duper pissed with a Zhong Ruan junior of mine who stood up halfway through a song and walked across the stage just to get the spare instrument, and then blatantly traced his steps back across the stage to his seat. I mean, COME ON, use your bloody brain. Even if the strings of your instrument has snapped halfway through a song, you do not do the unthinkable and stand up to change your instrument; you act like a bloody professional and just sit through the song, playing what you can with the remaining of your bloody strings. Bloody block head. Standing up halfway through a song while the rest of the orchestra is still playing is bloody unprofessional. It is the kind of action that I would expect of an imbecile, not some student from Hwa Chong. Argh. HORRENDOUS.
I CANNOT BELIEVE that I gave up free tickets to Angela Zhang's concert for a concert that was riddled with disappointment. I may be 21, but I still make stupid choices.
Sigh. So much for being a person with good character. Grrrr.Labels: festive |
